Same-Sex & Sibling “Marriage”…

Same-Sex & Sibling “Marriage”…

Notice the failure of Piers Morgan and his pro-same-sex marriage guest to answer the question about the brother and sister who want to marry. After all, if “luv” is all that matters, why not?

What does the uncomfortable (they were manifestly taken-aback) inability of Morgan and guest to answer the question, tell us?  That those who bleat on about “discrimination” and “gay rights” really haven’t thought it through? What then?

Also for this thread, consideration to be given to the “extremism” bill being proposed by Theresa May who refuses to define “extremism” and to rule out applying it to those of us who refuse to go along with the LGBT agenda.  We’re all at risk of being labelled “extremists” since, it seems, one of the British values she is determined to promote (and which from which nobody will be permitted to dissent) is the “tolerance” which has led to the legalisation of immorality of every imaginable kind and then some. Somebody asks me what I think of men who decide to go into hospital and return a woman, and I don’t reply “great, that’s his, or, er, rather, her choice”  then – unless I’m misinterpreting her rather muddled non-response to the interviewer’s persistent questioning –  I’m in danger of breaking the law of the land.  Check out her recent interview on BBC  Radio 4…

Morgan brings up the old divorce rate argument among straight people.

It’s a pity Donohue hadn’t asked him to guess what the rate will be when the so called ” gay” marriages get bedded in (pun unintentional), especially when some of them admit to having had over 1,000 dalliances.

Surely if love is the main criteria you should be allowed to marry anything that takes your fancy, even a cow in the field across the road, or the local bull for men who are bent in that direction.

Piers Morgan is terrible – he is so weak.

Theresa May is a very slippery customer. She turned about on gay rights. She goes with the crowd. I’m not surprised John Humphreys couldn’t get a straight answer out of her, pun also unintentional, LOL!

All of these secular evils are driven, as we know, by darker forces. As St. Paul puts it: “Our war is not against flesh and blood, but against the wickedness of the spirits in high places”.

Today, that wickedness has manifested itself with an arrogant pride that can only be Satanic in origin. It is not by chance, for example, that nation after nation is suddenly enforcing “gay marriage” on the peoples of the world as if by popular demand, tragic Ireland excepted.

These things are all planned by a sinister power unseen by us, whose disciples, the so-called leaders of the free world, faithfully implement their master’s global plan to gradually eradicate Christianity from the face of the earth. For those with any understanding of the Scriptural prophecies concerning the last times, or with a grasp of the Messages of Our Lady of Quito and Fatima, it all makes perfect sense. Satan is presently in charge of world affairs and there’s only one rival whose throne he ultimately desires to sit upon, that of Christ the King.

But what of Christ’s vassals? What about the Pope and the Bishops of the world who are the annointed knights of the Son of God? These are ones who have almost handed the victory to the devil by their moral cowardice and dalliance with the modern world, hiding once again for fear in the upper room.

Vatican II was a suing for peace with a sinful world; a silencing of the supernatural end of man in favour of ‘unity in diversity’ in a new earthly paradise, which is a destructive illusion. Blinded still by that illusion we see the Church lurch from crisis to crisis, her once feared and respected moral authority having almost evaporated before a mocking world, thanks to a largely worldly and indifferent clergy.

The governments of the world go “gay” and the Pope goes “green”. Is it any wonder that Lucifer is having a field day? The most telling incident recently of how bad the leadership in the Church has become was when the Pope visited Quito in Ecuador and completely omitted any mention of the prophecies Our Lady made some 400 years ago concerning these times, primarily that the anti-Christian Sects would triumph globally and set about the destruction of marriage and moral innocence, the very programme we see unfolding before our eyes.

But what else did Our Lady of Quito warn us about? That when this diabolical assault arises, those who should speak out will remain silent. The Pope spoke on the environment and on matters pertaining to worldly justice and peace. Lucifer must have been well contented!

“As St. Paul puts it: “Our war is not against flesh and blood, but against the wickedness of the spirits in high places”.

That’s what we are seeing today, I do agree with Athanasius one hundred per-cent. Great post, Athanasius.

Excellent post, Athanasius! Silencing the supernatural end of man in favour of ……a new earthly paradise , describes aptly the “new and improved” agenda for the Church which was implemented fifty years ago and is being perfected in this papacy.

One would normally associate this article with Communism (i.e. British-Labour party) But its quite clear Teresa May represents autocratic behaviour, Rev Ray Blake, Brighton, England, Catholic priest, said this proposed legislation resembles the Nuremburg race laws. There is no doubt that David Cameron represents and his Cabinet….fascism

      Edward Fullerton,

      “The Nuremburg race laws”

Exactly. That’s what the Theresa May extremism bill is like. I just hope it doesn’t make it through Parliament or we’ll definitely have to watch our Ps and Qs and be very politically correct on homosexuality and transgenderism.

I remembered Theresa May saying on Question Time that she’d changed her mind on gay adoption so I Googled it and here she is looking very wobbly.

    https://youtu.be/peAmygbh7CQ

I do remember her being heckled for speaking in a non-PC way on TV, probably another Question Time, so I will try to find that as well.

Sorry, I can’t find it! I could swear she did a U-turn on gay marriage but my searches are not bringing me any results on that front.

I suspect you’re thinking of the Question Time in the video above where Theresa May does a U-turn on homosexual adoption. She’s squirming in that video clip that you posted – I don’t think she’s ever been openly opposed to homosexual “rights” but if you find any clip which shows I’m wrong, please do post it. That’ll be something! That Theresa May was ever opposed to homo-rights, I mean, not that I’m wrong!

I personally cannot see any difference between -any kind of Union now -be it brothers and sisters cats and dogs etc. Once these people destroy the law of God within the land then anything goes .Speaking to friends who opposed this Homosexual stuff -it cannot be called marriage as for a marriage to take place it has to be consummated ,this week in the news the couple who were married after seeing each other for a day said that they don’t need to divorce as there marriage wasn’t consummated -we agreed that its the kids there after . One old Homosexual stated that he was delighted when the Homosexual age of consent came down to 16 he was 74 surely that says a lot for Mays values -HOW LONG BEFORE THESE value people want a vote to bring down the age of consent . After all its already watered down with kids being able to go in to Chemist and ask for morning after Pills .

Understanding the real nature of Communism is key to understanding what is unfolding in countries the world over today, Britain included.

Communism can adapt itself to the political left or right, to democracy or autocracy, to Capitalism or Socialism. The idea that Communism is a disease that blights only the downtrodden working class and its Labour Party is completely wrong. By far the greater majority of Communism’s chief architects and agitators were, and still are, men of wealth from privileged backgrounds.

It is no secret, for example, that the international banking system was financially supportive of the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. And is it not a fact that Britain’s greatest traitors, the Communist spies of the 1950s and 60s, were well educated silver spoon university graduates, Kim Philby and his like?

So you see, it is a great mistake to try to identify Communism using traditional political allegiances as a yard stick. Communism controls all global politics today because it finances them, that’s why it has become almost impossible to discern any real difference in agenda between the parties. Policy application may differ, but the ends are the same. Traditional distinctions between, say, Conservative and Labour, or Conservative and Liberal, once so stark, are long gone. Today, all parties preach the same doctrine and spread the same message, which is “God is dead, long live materialism”!

As one famous banker once said (his name escapes me): “I don’t care who runs your country, just let me print your money”.

The surest means of identifying Communism is by reading what the Popes before Vatican II said about this great evil of our times and the destruction it visits upon all nations that succumb to its allurements.

The primary thing we should look for is aggressive atheism, that is, a rejection of the Christian moral order by the framing of new laws directly repugnant to the law of God, accompanied of course by increasingly harsh penalties for Christians who resist.

The second and complementary sign we must look for is an unnatural fixation with money and pleasure. People are encouraged to borrow beyond their means, at exorbitant interest rates, in order to enjoy foreign holidays, new cars, the house of their dreams and a thousand other allurements that will enslave them in debt until the day they die. To this end, Sunday trading laws are abolished to make way for 24/7 unisex labour on inadequate wages accompanied by unjust taxation which ensures that only a very few will ever be able to amass a small fortune to secure the financial future of their family. Is it any wonder that man’s duty to God and the welfare of his soul are oft forgotten under such a regime?

So, legislation against the laws of God and preoccupation with material goods. These are the hallmarks of Communism, the end game being the eradication of Christianity from the face of the earth. Remember one of the temptations Lucifer offered Our Lord after His forty days of fasting in the desert: “See all the kingdoms of the world and their spleandour? All these I will give to thee if thou will bow down and adore me.” I paraphrase on the original Scriptural text, but you’ll get the gist of what I mean.

I think it was Pope Pius XI who wrote that any nation which embraces Communism for its ideology has set itself on a downward spiral that will inevitably result in moral and financial bankruptcy.

Since the so-called demise of Communism in the USSR in 1989 we have seen one Western nation after another head in precisely this direction of moral and financial bankruptcy. Why? Because too few understood the true nature of Communism and its plan for global domination. Gorbachev’s “Glasnost” and “Perestroika” (openness and restructuring) did not mean the death of Communism in Russia but rather its re-ordering and application to Western democracy. It was we in the West who were ripe to be opened up and restructured. The vigilance and anti-Communist voice of the Catholic Church had, after all, been neutralised by the aggiornamento of Vatican II. Hence the Post-Christian society in which we live today where Darwinian theology is imposed with totalitarian ruthlessness.

    Well, folks,

Watching the two videos and reading the comments above, I’m very conscious of the need for lots of prayer as well as all the rest. Given that Ireland is the most shocking recent casualty in the battle for marriage, I thought it timeous when I came across the following video rendition of a hymn to Our Lady of Knock. I’d never heard it before (didn’t even know there was a hymn to Our Lady of Knock) and I couldn’t, at first, quite make out all the words (hearing it a couple of times, I got there in the end!). I offer it here as a short musical interlude and pause for prayer and reflection, since (for once!) Athanasius is right (kidding!) in reminding us that the battle in which we are engaged is Satanic:

I’m surprised you have never heard that before. It’s very popular. Daniel O’Donnell did a version of it and so have a few others.

Well, there you go. Contrary to popular opinion, I do NOT know everything after all ! I’m still reeling from the revelation myself, but give me time and I’ll recover…

I do know there’s a beautiful hymn to Our Lady of Aberdeen but a quick search has not turned up anything on video. I’d have posted that on the Scottish Bishops/Apostasy thread, so if anyone else finds it, please – and thank you – post it there. Not only do we need all the spiritual support we can get, but it is a small way of making a little reparation for the offence caused to Our Lady by these grave attacks on purity.

Is this the hymn that has the chorus:

“Bring the old Faith back to Scotland, O Lady of Aberdeen!”?

That certainly rings a bell. Except I recall it being “Our Lady of Aberdeen” not “O” – and sung with a dramatic flourish, emphasis on “deen” Love it!

If you can find it on video, WOW will you shoot up the pay-scale. And when we start our own orchestra, you’ll be given an interview for the job of conductor, no question about it. 😀
