Russia Increasingly Threatening – Pope Francis: Consecrate Russia NOW! Please & Thank you!
Comment:
I watched the entire Prime Minister’s Statement on Live Parliamentary TV this afternoon, and noted, with much interest, the alarm from MPs on all sides about the perception of growing aggression from the Russian State, as they questioned Theresa May after her formal Statement.
One of the more famous Catholic MPs – Jacob Rees-Mogg – was notable by his absence. I got to thinking, though, that even if he had been present in the Commons, he is unlikely to have asked the Prime Minister, using the formal style of the House, if “she agrees with me that Pope Francis should be approached with a request to consecrate Russia in accordance with the Fatima Message, since all other means of ending the threat to world peace from Russia seem to have failed…”
There was representation on the matter in the EU in 2012 – click here – and it would be wonderful if some insightful Catholic MP were to raise the matter in the UK Parliament – but I’m not holding my breath.
Is the current incident, the attempted murder of a former Russian spy and his daughter, a sign that the geo-political crisis is worsening – or is it a storm in the proverbial teacup?
Comments (60)
I don’t know whether this is a storm or a puff of steam over a teacup, but I’m suspicious as to whether this has any connection with the so-called (i.e.fake) “Trump dossier” assembled by former British agent Christopher Steele for the Clinton campaign, since Miss May refers to “cyberespionage and disruption” and increased Russian aggression.
I’m just waiting for CNN (“Counterfeit News Network”) to try to blame President Trump for this…or perhaps it was due to global warming….
Meanwhile, as to whether this will motivate Pope Francis to consecrate Russia, if he has anything to say at all it will most probably be to urge the world to turn off their air conditioners to save the planet, harangue us anew to welcome massive waves of Muslim military-age men looking to rape European women and girls, and remind us that the Chinese Communists are better at practicing Christianity than are Chinese underground Catholics.
RCA Victor,
You’ve made some very thought-provoking claims there – especially about climate change and immigration. If only Pope Francis took Fatima as seriously as he takes those issues, we’d be enjoying that promised period of peace!
Editor,
I think that as far as the “world stage” goes, Pope Francis has made himself irrelevant at best (even the Italian voters in his own back yard have now elected an anti-immigration candidate), and a complete buffoon at worst. But that’s what happens when you have chronic diarrhea of the mouth (aka the “airplane magisterium.”)
Likewise, on the Catholic stage, the man’s utter contempt for the Faith and those who practice it has made him equally irrelevant at best. But in this case, at worst, he is a clear and present danger to the Faith, a danger to the Church, and a danger to the souls of the faithful. Even most of the “normalist” talking heads have turned against him, with the exception of the most laughable of them – Jimmy Akin, Mark Shea and Michael Voris – whose collective motto is “nothing to see here.”
RCA Victor,
Between “lowerarchy”, and now “airplane magisterium” I’d say you’ve just about written my April editorial! Thank you for that!
Yes, those who are sticking to their papolatry, as listed in your comment, are really making fools of themselves. The “Emperor’s clothes”, with bells on (so to speak!)
Editor,
I can’t take credit for “airplane magisterium” – I think Chris Ferrara coined that one.
RCA Victor,
the so-called (i.e. fake) “Trump dossier” assembled by former British agent Christopher Steele for the Clinton campaign,
I’d forgotten that. It really is hard to know who to believe in politics.
I agree about Pope Francis. When these crises come up, the last thing on his mind seems to be Russia and the consecration. It’s so strange.
I don’t know what to think about this. I went onto RT to see how they were reporting this and they said the MPs were calling for RT to be banned – so that’s suspicious. They’re not asking for Sky or Channel 5 to be banned, just RT but why? If they only want us to be able to access one point of view (i.e. the British Government’s) isn’t that typical of a totalitarian regime?
Is this story about the poisoning true, or are we only getting a skewed version of what happened. I really don’t know.
Whatever, though, Russia should be consecrated as Our Lady requested. That can only help bring about world peace.
Margaret Mary,
I doubt if they would make up the poisoning story – and how would they get the police, doctors, military etc to play along?
Lily,
Agreed. I’m not a fan of the conspiracy theories – at least not the more extreme. There’s definitely a level of mischevious and even dangerous behaviour on the part of governments, but to this extent, I’m not convinced.
However, it’s good to remember that the Queen apparently said to Princess Diana’s butler after her death – that there are “dark forces” at work in this country that we know nothing about.
And just there on the TV news is a man puting (or should I say Putin) a pair of jeans in to his washing washing machine……(coz that is the latest panic) there’s no business like show business, no business I know.
And in Liverpool we have a poodle that can tap dance.
And Theresa May will convene another COBRA meeting, while the MPS on tv are bellowing for ACTION against the Ruskies.
COBRA sounds James Bond stuff, but is actually means ‘Cabinet Office Briefing Room A’.
Oh for you RCAVictor….Huckabee issuing a live Press statement, the Cold War is back.
St Miguel,
No disrespect but I don’t understand your comment about the jeans or the poodle. Could you explain it please.
Yes,the TV news nowadays is now so pathetic that due to the Russian poisoning caper, the Govt advising people in Salisbury to wash their clothes, lest they also be contaminated..so we see men in spacesuits wandering about banging on about nerve gas and we then spend x minutes watching a man in Salisbury putting a pair of jeans in his washing machine while in the kitchen of his house in front of a tv crew….the rest of the world news, Syria, Yeman, Nth Korea etc ignored….once a few years ago the news went from a major earthquake to the story about the poodle….the world is mad !
Just a joke to show how inane UK tv news is these days.
I think it’s worth remembering that before the “Trump dossier” fraud, which has dominated the fake news for almost 2 years now, the Obama Administration was hell-bent on provoking war with Russia. Which means that the NWO was hell-bent on provoking war with Russia. I wonder if someone in the halls of power finally recalled that objective and is having Theresa May remind us how evil they are…
RCA Victor,
While I understand the conspiracy theories (choking on previous words) we mustn’t forget that Our Lady did warn that Russia would spread her errors and that she must be consecrated by the Pope, together with all the bishops of the world, adding that the consecration would be done, but it would be late. The consecration would bring us a period of world peace. Not to consecrate, is too frightening to contemplate.
I think there’s evidence a-plenty that Putin is a gangster and would think nothing of ordering such murders as we saw attempted in Salisbury last weekend. So, I’m not so ready to believe that he is a puppet of the NWO. Not that you have said that, but… well….you’ll get my drift (I hope!)
During one of his Rome Conferences which I had the privilege to attend, Father Gruner RIP detailed the evidence out there in the public domain that Russia’s apparent switch to peaceful co-existence with the rest of the world was no such thing, that he was still building up his military etc – and this was all in newspaper reports that had seemingly passed the rest of us by. So, Putin has not been asleep at the wheel. The Joanna Bogles of this world have been asleep at the wheel, preferring to believe their own wishful thinking to Our Lady’s warnings that Russia is a threat to world peace.
Thus, we watch and we wait: as North Korea appears to be calming down, Russia is back, with a bang – perhaps God’s way of reminding us of the real threat, and so we pray for Pope Francis to obey Our Lady and consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart. Immediately, if not sooner!
Editor,
Didn’t mean to imply that Putin was some sort of good guy – as he himself once said, I believe, “There’s no such thing as ex-KGB.” In other words, I fully agree with the “Solzhenitsyn deception.” However, I would like to point out that, the NWO being what it is (international Freemasonry), one can certainly be a puppet without being aware of your strings, as it were.
From that perspective, nationalists (e.g. Putin) can be manipulated as well as populists (e.g. Trump) and utterly corrupt mercenary frauds (Obama and Clinton). The idea is to have more war – whether that means a Russian invasion of Europe (Don Bosco’s dream?) or some other theater of conflict, remains to be seen. War is their key to the advancement of global tyranny.
I note there is debate over whether England should now withdraw their side from the World Cup, scheduled to take place in Russia this summer.
When Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 was shot down over Ukraine in 2014, there was strong suspicion that Russia was to blame https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/09/28/mh17-investigation-prosecutors-to-reveal-where-missile-that-down/
We keep hearing about the ‘international community’. If this really exists, surely it should have had the vertebrae THEN to send Russia a clear message by moving the tournament elsewhere.
Pat,
Very good point indeed. Well said.
This mad world we are now in and it takes something to do with ‘sport’ to get people to sit up and pay attention.
Especially football.
This is becoming so juvenile and playground stuff that a World War can be jump started over sport/Olympics.
Sick and tired of so called sportsmen/woman banging on about trophies, gold medals, doping, banning countries…good grief these days FIFA cut about the world stage like the United Nations.
I have spent a lifetime trying to get people to understand the plight of the unborn and they don’t get it and have no interest other than who scored what goal in nineteen canteen.
Rant over !
There are also so many people, Clergy and lay-people involved in the great deception of Fatima, suppressing the truth and propagating the lie that the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary has been done, just one example.
http://www.fatima.org/apostolate/vlarchive/strs.pdf
(Ephesians 6:12): “For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places
As regards Michael Voris, do you think the reason why he refuses to address the root problems in the Church, Vatican 2 “Revolution” and never criticises Pope Francis could be due to terms and conditions of his funding?
Chloe,
“…do you think the reason why he refuses to address the root problems in the Church, Vatican 2 “Revolution” and never criticises Pope Francis could be due to terms and conditions of his funding?
No idea, but if so, what does that tell us then about the character of Michael Voris? That would make him a liar, gravely misleading his large audiences, and all for thirty pieces of silver.
I think, though, that we have to take him at his word. He is on record as saying he doesn’t believe it is right to criticise a pope, which makes him manifestly unsuitable to be commenting on anything to do with the Catholic Church and crisis therein. End of discussion!
I’ve long unsubscribed from his videos since I really cannot take him seriously; he has no problem criticising cardinals who may later become pope, but not to be criticised once they become pope – suggesting that, on election, there’s a wand waved over them to make them infallible in all circumstances and impeccable at least most of the time!
I attended the talk he gave when he was over here a few years ago and I was less than impressed. He began by assuring his audience that, really, this crisis was no big deal, the Church had been in crisis before. I immediately regretted having attended and it went downhill from there. So, I’m not a fan of Michael Voris and now that he’s declared himself, publicly, to be a papolatrist, I cannot for the life of me understand why any Catholic would pay the slightest attention to his musings.

Chloe,
It became public knowledge several years ago that Voris’ position on the SSPX was because of the personal bias of his financial backer, Terry Carroll. In fact, we had a public debate with him (Carroll) on this blog after I published my correspondence with him here. Most unimpressive. I had challenged them as to why they refused to say that the Novus Ordo was a danger to the faith, after they had exposed the shady background of its development.
As for his papolotry, however, God only knows the explanation for that. It may be the same underlying cause, or it may be he thinks he is playing to his audience’s preferences. Either way, he is as unimpressive as his money man.
(One of your allegedly traditional UK columnists, Damian Thompson, who has since proven himself to be anything but, made a rather interesting comment about Voris when he first appeared on the scene: “Nice rug.” I failed to realize at first what he was getting at, but now I’d say DT got it right.)
Thanks for that bit of knowledge RCA Victor.
As St John Chrysostom reminds us “Let us regard the tradition of the Church also as worthy of belief.
Is it a tradition? Seek no further! ———
Just on news there RCAVictor….Tillerson sacked by Trump and replaced by CIA director MIke Pompeo and in London another Russian exile Nikolai Glushkov close friend of Berezovsky found dead in unexplained circumstances.
Russia tells UK to more or less get stuffed and we head in to a monumental crisis. On tv we get the Russian scientist who invented the nerve gas, now in America in exile who is sorry he invented it and it is so nasty that if you even survive it will make you disabled for life.
I have a bad feeling that we are heading for something horrendous.
Three days of darkness? Bring it on.
Editor: Video deleted – the group who produced that video is a so-called “resistance” group (attacking Bishop Fellay, SSPX) so we never promote anything from their sites. In any event, the content of the video is not suitable for this blog.
Note, too, that we tend not to quote Padre Pio because if he had said half the things attributed to him, he’d never have been canonised, even with the current modernist stranglehold on the Church. We are prohibited from saying that any particular soul is in Hell, for example, let alone consign a whole batch of people there. Please avoid posting anything which contradicts Catholic dogma here – it will be removed, the minute I see it.
Pat McKay,
Why would anyone say that? I don’t think that is pleasing to God, with all due respect. We should be doing penance to avert the chastisement, not wishing it to come. No offence, but I’m quite taken aback at your comment on this.
Boris Johnson condemned innocent blood being spilled on British soil, or words to that effect.
I wonder how many abortions were being carried out as he spoke.
You would think someone would tell these spies that there were some dangers attached to their jobs, or is it only Britain who is allowed to do the spying?
One of the reasons homosexuality was legalised in the UK was to stop Russia from blackmailing the Britiish diplomats, who were almost all of that persuasion, into becoming spies.
I don’t know what defence we would have if Russia lost the plot since Britain in its present state couldn’t beat Casey’s drum.
The frightening fact is that Sean Connery is now past it also.
All countries do this stuff…drones bump off people in other ‘enemy’ countries, which is extrajudicial execution (no due process).Every job has occupational hazards.
St Miguel,
Our Lady didn’t speak of “all countries” – she focused on Russia.
Have you any comment to make on the relevance (or lack of it) of her request for the consecration of Russia, related to the Fatima apparitions?
I mean, that IS the point of this thread – the topic being the Consecration of Russia in the context of the spy poisoning. Don’t mean to interrupt the various musings and meanderings about other loosely related issues (such as football – heaven forbid) but, well, just one wee comment on the subject of this thread would kinda make my day.
Yes I do, Russia is without doubt the key to all of this. Lucia Dos Santos was a child and when she FIRST used the word RUSSIA, there was NO Soviet Union at that point in time…if I am correct, she thought that RUSSIA was a person.Russia following the Russian Revolution was the first country to legalise abortion and has spread many many more errors. Without the Russian Revolution there would have been no Lenin, Trostsky,Stalin, no Communist China etc etc.
For the record, I do NOT believe that the Consecration has taken place and for that I blame the POPES after 1917 who would not follow a simple instruction by Our Lady to do ONE simple thing. But they know better.
The cock and bull story from Cdnl Sodano and not corrected by the Pope in 2000 was an insult to our intelligence and we know no why as truth would have shone a light on THEM.
The irony is that the very ones who have destroyed the 20th Century have been or are due to be canonised.
We are where we are and it was and is so needless.
Looks like we are heading for a showdown with Russia.
St Miguel,
Well said. Yes, I read that somewhere, too, that one of the things that convinced their priest of the authenticity of the apparitions was when he asked the children to explain Russia – what was that, and the children replied that they didn’t know but they thought it was a woman (because Our Lady said “Russia will spread her errors”)
It’s clear that God wants Russia to be consecrated – and the warning today from Russia to the effect that nobody should pick a fight with “a nuclear power” is chilling. If Pope Francis isn’t getting the message now, when, (as you rightly say) we are heading for a showdown with Russia that may end in disastrous consequences for us all, then he’s not likely to get it any time soon; may he wake up and smell the vodka! Like, yesterday!
Frankier,
One reason why this blog is respected, I’m told by readers, is that we document everything stated as fact. Since I’ve never heard or read anywhere the content in paragraph 4 or your post, would you supply some documentary evidence for it, please and thank you.
But, since I’ve never heard of Casey OR his/her drum, I’ll pass on that one!
What I’d be interested in knowing, is whether or not you think Pope Francis should consecrate Russia, as Our Lady requested, or do you think having a go at the bad old British will do instead? 😀
PS I don’t get the “Sean Connery” quip. Don’t get it at all… Sorry!
Sorry, no documentation regarding paragraph 4. Nor do I have any documentation regarding the non existence of Santa Claus but I certainly didn’t make it up. Do you not think there could be some substance in the
(unsubstantiated) rumours that the legalising of homosexual practices put a stop to one of Russia’s recruitment strategies?
You may recall that Sean (the name’s Bond, James Bond) Connery
was famous for roaming the world assassinating spies? I just thought I would try to add a wee bit of humour to a really depressing blog. However, as the saying goes, you can’t get blood out of a stone.
As for Mr/ Miss/Mz/Mistress or whatever Casey, your guess is as good as mine, but it is a well know Irish statement.
As for the consecration of Russia, I really don’t need to keep repeating my well known opinion about that. I would have thought that you would have been honourable enough not to ask.
I would ask you for an apology for your really disappointing suggestion that I am anti-British. If that was the case I would hardly be against Scottish independence. Your statement is similar to the type of accusations thrown at people who are accused of being homophobic
or a mysogynist.
The U.K. was extremely good to my Irish parents and their large family in providing work, and plenty of it, for us as compared to the land of their birth, so you can get that opinion of me well scrubbed from you unchristian thoughts.
Frankier,
I notice that when most people get the wrong end of a stick, or misinterpret something, they are indulged, charitably, and assumed to be well intentioned. Me? Well, I’m branded “unchristian”. Some things just never change.
At least it’s Lent, though, so I can offer it up, in the spirit of pulling out my light from under that bushel, so all the world can see that I’m doing penance,,, (that’s a joke to brighten up this “depressing blog”).
Shurely their musht be shome misthake Mish Moneypenny?
St Miguel,
I don’t really get your latest joke…
Miss McMoneypenny isn’t around – I hope you don’t think that I am she, as some have innocently presumed in the past. Nope. We have a real, live Miss McMoneypenny, although she seems to have disappeared from the blog recently.
Sean Connery impersonators like to emphasis the strange way he would emphasis his ‘S”s !
Today is the 5-year anniversary of Pope Francis’ election, and there is an interesting video posted on the Catholic Family News website about it, an interview of Matt Gaspers (John Vennari’s RIP successor) by Cliff Kincaid. Nothing really new in the interview, but a good overview (and thrown in for good measure is that the author of “The Dictator Pope” will soon reveal his identity). Also speculation that Pope Francis’ time clock is about to be punched, as he is too radical and is waking too many people up! Can you imagine, a pope even worse than Francis?
RCA Victor,
I’m afraid I can – Cardinal Schonborn would probably be a million times worse than Papa Francis. We’d be going from a pontiff who wears a red nose to mark Comic Relief day, to a pope who enters the sanctuary carrying a bunch of balloons. I mean, as they say south of the border here, you pays your money and you takes your pick…
Anyway, here’s Pope Benedict on Francis – nobody should question Pope Francis’ “theology”….
Editor,
I saw that, but refused to read beyond the beginning of such insulting rubbish. If anything, Benedict’s foolhardy opinions (if in fact they are his own) proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Pope Francis did not come out of nowhere: he is merely carrying to its logical conclusion the “hermeneutic of destruction and betrayal” prepared by his predecessors.
Judas’ of a feather flock together.
RCA Victor,
I agree about Pope Benedict- by publicly supporting Francis he is heaping coals of fire on his own head. It was his resignation that made Francis possible. What a terrible legacy, he should be mortified, not praising Francis.
RCA Victor,
Francis definitely did not come out of nowhere. That’s for sure. The way was prepared well for him by his immediate predecessors. Including the “canonised” ones!
And of course the St. Galen Mafia.
Editor,
There is apparently some dirty work involved in this so-called letter of Ratzinger regarding Francis. Dirty work, as in spin doctors…..
https://apnews.com/amp/01983501d40d47a4aa7a32b6afb70661?__twitter_impression=true
RCA Victor,
I’ve just skimmed that article and I get the drift, but will need to read it more carefully to get a handle on the detail. “Spin doctors” (i.e. liars) working their magic, doesn’t surprise me, though – how else to maintain the popular image of Papa Francis and his “theology” 😀
Spin doctors (liars, spivs, conmen etc) were the forerunners of today’s Neuro Linguistic Programming.
The first real spin doctor was Dr Josef Goebbels !
The first real spin doctor was Dr Josef Goebbels !
I think Walsingham and Cecil could beat Goebbels into a cocked hat. Their spin has worked it’s evil for centuries.
Snake oil salesmen, Barnum & Bailey world. This nonsense reminds me of movies from the past. Danny Kaye in a Connecticut Yankee in KIng Arthur’s Court…’the poison’s in the vessel with the pestle, the flagon with the dragon is the brew that is true’!..either that or Abbot & Costello.
The Vat Pack (Ratpack) are INCAPABLE of telling the TRUTH.
I reckon on Peter II, the Roman…..i.e. Parolin who is being groomed right now.
St Miguel,
Let’s hope you’re wrong (again… 😀 !)
I too fear that whoever follows Pope Francis in the Papacy will be even worse. The Cardinalate has been stacked with clones of PF. Personally I would like to see Robert Cardinal Sarah or maybe Archbishop Athanasius Schneider fill the role but I cannot see that happening…even though I pray for such an outcome.
John R,
Cardinal Sarah would give us some hope, but the fact is, none of those who are going along with the Vatican II revolution, albeit expressing concerns here and there about this and that, will cut the mustard. We need a fully reforming traditional pope, one who will – without delay – restore the Mass. Will give notice that within the next 6 months to a year, the TLM must replace the NO – or else!
Oh! Just woke up. Ah well, it was a lovely dream…
Rather than admit that the game is up and that Russia hasn’t been consecrated as requested by Our Lady, now, the ‘official’ World Apostolate of Fatima are calling for an ‘ecumenical consecration’, including the schismatic Russian Orthodox bishops. http://www.fatima.org/news/newsviews/2018/newsviews0205.asp I suppose at least this is a tacit admission by WAF that things are not right and that another consecration seems to be required, but how sad that they still choose to go down the wrong road, when Our Lady asked for the Catholic bishops, in union with the Pope, to consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart. I suppose WAF will now waste more time, effort and money in trying to persuade the laity that we need this ‘ecumenical consecration’.
Westminster Fly,
That’s unbelievable. The WAF are definitely an enemy of Fatima, there can be no doubt about it.
Far from helping the situation, this warped “consecration” is bound to anger God. They really are clueless.
WF,
Thank you for that update. It’s just incredible the lengths to which some folks will go, rather than say “I/we were wrong”. Beyond belief. An “ecumenical consecration” will be about as much use as the proverbial chocolate teapot.
Editor,
And to think I/you/we was/were criticised for criticising the WAF’s waffle about Fatima! Incredible!
There is a new film on Fatima and the failure of the Vatican to consecrate Russia – the promotional website is here:- http://www.thevaticandeception.com
I expect it will be on DVD before too long. The Fatima Centre are doing a radio show talking about the film:- http://fatima.org/special/2018/joannamarch/joanna.asp
Westminster Fly,
That film looks promising. I was just thinking that it is incredible that nobody is mentioning Fatima in all the reports about Russia. If only there was at least one journalist curious enough to look into it. There are bound to be some who know about it, but they probably just accept the Vatican line.
I was just wondering that myself – why is nobody in the media publicising the promise of world peace if Russia was consecrated? It’s really strange.
Pope Francis should consecrate Russia without delay as things are gone bad; a 5 minute prayer by the pope and the bishops will prevent a nuclear war.
