Francis Fabricates Martyrdom for Ultraliberal Bishop
On June 8 Pope Francis declared Bishop Enrique Angelelli (+1976) of La Rioja, Argentina, a martyr, a step toward beatification without the need of a miracle attributed to Angelelli’s intercession. 
Even the pro-Francis La Nación (July 30) points out that this is “political-ideological” without “thoroughness of procedures”.
Angelelli had proven contacts to the terrorist organisation Montoneros, the leftist branch of the Socialist Peronist revolution movement.
He brought Marxism to the Argentinian Church and supported Liberation Theology. In Argentina “Angel-elli” was also known as “Satan-elli”.
He died in a car accident. The first police report concluded based on the autopsy, witnesses and experts that the incident was due to a mechanical malfunction of the vehicle.
A later constructed theory that it was murder could never be proven. According to this theory the government ordered an intentional manoeuvre by a vehicle that was following Angelelli provoking this way a rollover of Angelelli’s car.
Even if this theory were true, then Angelelli would have been murdered for the sake of Marxism, not for the sake of the Faith. Source

Pope Francis appears to have no regard for anything Catholic – neither Catholic dogma, discipline, established rules and procedures – nothing. To my way of thinking, he is, increasingly, bringing the Church into disrepute. What about your way of thinking?

Without a shadow of a doubt, all these fast-track cases will be re-examined and only those that would have passed under the previous system, Devil’s Advocate included, will survive. That’s a given.
And allow me to risk my reputation for accuracy by prophesying that there will be no Saint Pope Francis I on the list of causes to be examined – that is another given… with bells on!

Such or such leading figure looks a little nicer than the others, one does certainly not try to investigate in depth, he looks pleasant, so he is proclaimed “saint” and everyone follows like sheep… and so, the Magisterium (please, read the highest Authorities) has made a fool of himself and has lost all credibility and that is how “bad pastors” despise their flock and complete the destruction of our beloved Church…
It is simply outrageous and scandalous.
I do not welcome the canonization of the conciliar Popes who “uncrowned Our Lord Jesus Christ” by substituting “the cult of man” to “that of God” and thus have scuttled the Holy Church, leading us inevitably to disaster…
This is “the man who makes himself God” instead of “God made man”; in the “new religion” correspond “new saints”!
In this new “church”, “one breaks with the past to become new man, sectarianism replaces the love of neighbour, individual pride grows in the shade…” (Cardinal Tommaso Bernetti – August 4, 1845).
These precipitated beatifications and canonizations of “reforming” Popes are unnecessary, controversial, absurd and damaging acts; it is the introduction into the Church of additional ferments of division. Ultimately it is the Vatican II reform which is celebrated across this frenzy… The Church Authorities canonize their fatal reform. It is a way to lock it so that nobody can question it anymore. Please, let me know what are the good fruits of Vatican II and of the Popes who worked on this devastating Council and promulgated its decrees, while cracking against the faithful Catholics?

I found that out the hard way myself, when I raced to post a thread with some dynamite news – can’t remember what it was – and, happily for me, RCA Victor happened to be on the blog when the post appeared. He emailed to alert me to the fact that the story was a joke and I was able to delete the entire post before anyone (else) saw it!
And here I am, all those years later, revealing my gullibility!
It’s very easy to fall for their stories – it’s all so professionally done, so worry not, you’re in good company when even an old cynic like moi can be caught out!

No one is “totally evil”, Bernadette. This Pope is totally Modernist which is giving rise to great evil, I’ll agree to that. But personally “evil”? only God knows the soul. I’m always reminded of the admonition that we should judge the sin but not the sinner. That is especially necessary when speaking of the Successor of St. Peter.
But let me add that this Pontificate is arguably the worst the Church has ever seen.

I know you have strict rules concerning sedevacantist comments. I agree entirely with you on that.
Pretty much everything I read about Pope Francis assumes he’s doing all these things out of a sense of feeling for others – the poor, the downtrodden, and the marginalized (LGBT et al), but I wonder if he isn’t driven more by “personal demons” from his own past.
You surely are having a Joke my Friend. We aren’t so easily fooled . You may be if you are serious. When Francis does something Francis does it for Francis.
Some of those prelates who were apparently very interested, to say the least, in getting Bergoglio elected mentioned that given 4-5 years, he could change the Church (I’m paraphrasing). So the question is, change the Church into what?
Judging from the swath of destruction, scandal and sleaze he has left behind him, and which continues unabated, it appears his desire, and the desire of those who elected him, is to transform the Church into a leftist UN NGO, to carry out the Satanic UN agenda within the Church.
As to whether Francis is Catholic, or has any regard for anything Catholic, my answer is “No way, Jose.” He is a corrupt politician in secular terms, and in spiritual terms he is another Judas.

I’ve said over and over again in our newsletter and on this blog that Pope Francis is the worst ever pontiff in the history of the Church. When I first said so, certain occasional bloggers would come on here in high dudgeon contradicting the claim – no more. I think even the worst of the alleged liberals are seeing that Francis stands out from every other pope in history – for all the wrong reasons. He’s done and is doing things that no right-thinking person, ordained or lay, would dream of doing.
Let’s pray for him, for his own soul is in deadly danger of being lost.

I agree with Editor and others that these modern canonisation processes are unsound given their speed and lack of supporting evidence. However, I will not accuse a deceased prelate of a most grievous crime against children when he was never found guilty of such a crime in a court of law during his lifetime and was more or less cleared by an investigation into events. It is wrong to cast serious moral doubt on the character of any person who can no longer defend himself, especially today when there is reason to believe that a good many historical sexual abuse accusations against priests and religious are motivated by the lure of financial compensation.
While I accept that the abuse of minors by priests and religious has occurred, to the great shame of faithful Catholics, I refuse to accept that the numbers of such incidents are anywhere near as high as the legions of cases being cited today. The Magdalene laundries and Smyllum orphanage myths are just two examples of false reporting that have been put out into the public domain by the enemies of the Church with a view to silencing her moral voice. They try to make the Church ashamed to speak out against abortion, homosexuality and other moral issues, so they bombard the public with sex scandals involving priests and religious in order to drown out her voice by berating a weak Modernist hierarchy with accusations of hypocrisy.
Here’s how things should work in a Christian society, a society that acts out of justice not vengeance.
1. Accusations against deceased persons should not proceed on account of the fact that the accused is now before the highest judge, God, whose justice will not be wanting.
2. Decades-old cases should not be heard because they are unlikely to result in a jury verdict beyond reasonable doubt. That’s why there used to be a statute of limitations.
3. There should be no financial compensation on offer to those who claim to have been victims of sexual abuse. They should be promised justice and nothing more. That would certainly filter out all false claimants and should satisfy genuine victims whose childhood trauma can never be eased by money.

Shocking. Any HINT of impropriety would, in the previous anything-but-fast-track-canonisation-process have seen any Cause dropped – his Cause would have been abandoned immediately.
It’s ridiculous, anyway, to introduce Causes for Canonisation so soon after a death. Really ridiculous and has brought the whole system into disrepute.
Note, though, that we do not refer to the Pope as ‘Bergoglio’ – apart from any disrespect to the papal office, it lets him off the hook for he won’t be judged by God as ‘Bergoglio’ but as the man who has all the graces of the papacy available to him, but appears to be rejecting them. I know it’s fashionable across the internet to use his own name, but we don’t do it here, unless quoting someone else (and even then, I sometimes put his papal title in parenthesis). The other thing we never do, because it is basic Christianity, is judge anyone else as ‘wicked’ or ‘evil’. Only the behaviours / actions are open to criticism, not our place to judge a soul.

Apparently Francis is now considering making a saint of a Native American “Medicine Man”, Nicholas Black Elk.
However, as the link explains, he kept practicing his native american religion alongised Catholicism after he was baptised and believed that all religions were connected. Apparently “peace pipe” rituals feature prominently in the accounts of miracles attributed to him. Suddenly Francis’ motivation seems clear.

Some years ago I studied with an international group of very conservative Catholics. The African group practised ancestor worship alongside Catholicism! I couldn’t believe it and tackled a few of them only to be told that their church group had no problem with this practice!
