Islam Is NOT A Religion of Peace… Shouldn’t Someone Tell Pope Francis?
Comment:
The Muslim speaker’s analysis of Islam in the above video is crystal clear; she points out that those who insist that Islam is “a religion of peace” are really not helping those dissidents who are seeking reform from within the religion…
Shouldn’t someone tell Pope Francis?

I think it was George Santayana who said “Those who do not learn from history are condemned to repeat it.” Suggestion: Maybe someone should put The Great Heresies by Hilaire Belloc on the bedside table in Casa Santa Marta. Just a thought.
Two websites containing the truth about Islam: https://www.thereligionofpeace.com and https://www.jihadwatch.org
Westminster Fly,
Those are horrendous reports on that first website – I haven’t looked at the second one, jihadwatch yet.
If those reports are true and accurate accounts of what has happened, then that really is demonic.
One of the best answers I have heard on ” the peaceful majority of Muslims”

John,
That’s a brilliant answer to the Muslim woman about “the majority of Muslims are not terrorists” – to her credit, she did not disagree.
Margaret Mary USA,
I happen to have a copy of Hilaire Belloc’s – The Great Heresies and it makes very good reading. Sad to say, I doubt Pope Francis would read it even if it were put in front of him. I found a link to this book for anyone who does not have access to a copy.

Theresa Rose,
Nice post but I think you have me mixed up with Margaret Mary 🇬🇧. Therefore, the vocabulary judge hereby sentences you to pay 5 quid to Catholic Truth Scotland. 😉
Margaret USA 🇺🇸
Margaret Klos,
Oh dear what am I like mixing up both you and Margaret Mary. Sad to say I have just had one too many senior moments. Then couldn’t stop laughing. 5 quid to Catholic Truth Scotland is a cheap price to pay for vocabulary mix ups.
Far cheaper than having the old eyes tested and a new pair of spectacles.
It just struck me that in the link provided, I forgot to mention that to read about Islam, scroll down to chapter three.
Saint Pius X responds to Pope Francis:
“…The same applies to the notion of Fraternity which they found on the love of common interest or, beyond all philosophies and religions, on the mere notion of humanity, thus embracing with an equal love and tolerance all human beings and their miseries, whether these are intellectual, moral, or physical and temporal. But Catholic doctrine tells us that the primary duty of charity does not lie in the toleration of false ideas, however sincere they may be, nor in the theoretical or practical indifference towards the errors and vices in which we see our brethren plunged, but in the zeal for their intellectual and moral improvement as well as for their material well-being. Catholic doctrine further tells us that love for our neighbor flows from our love for God, Who is Father to all, and goal of the whole human family; and in Jesus Christ whose members we are, to the point that in doing good to others we are doing good to Jesus Christ Himself. Any other kind of love is sheer illusion, sterile and fleeting.
Indeed, we have the human experience of pagan and secular societies of ages past to show that concern for common interests or affinities of nature weigh very little against the passions and wild desires of the heart. No, Venerable Brethren, there is no genuine fraternity outside Christian charity. Through the love of God and His Son Jesus Christ Our Saviour, Christian charity embraces all men, comforts all, and leads all to the same faith and same heavenly happiness.
By separating fraternity from Christian charity thus understood, Democracy, far from being a progress, would mean a disastrous step backwards for civilization. If, as We desire with all Our heart, the highest possible peak of well being for society and its members is to be attained through fraternity or, as it is also called, universal solidarity, all minds must be united in the knowledge of Truth, all wills united in morality, and all hearts in the love of God and His Son Jesus Christ. But this union is attainable only by Catholic charity, and that is why Catholic charity alone can lead the people in the march of progress towards the ideal civilization…”

It won’t do any good to tell Pope Francis anything: his mind is filled with Marxist globalist excrement, not the Catholic Faith, and there is no room for anything else between his ears – not facts, not reason, nor anything supernatural. After all, his is the 2 + 2 = 5 pontificate.
The only thing he will listen to is when he is forced to listen to his Eternal Judge condemn his soul to hell, which is where he seems to be headed if he doesn’t repent. And he’s running out of time to do so. But look on the bright side, Francis: where you’re headed, you’ll meet some of your biggest heroes: Mohammad, Martin Luther, and Karl Marx. And who knows, maybe a few of your favorite homosexuals as well.
I came across an excellent article today about a 1947 radio speech by Bishop Sheen, on the subject of the anti-Christ: http://www.ncregister.com/blog/joseph-pronechen/fulton-sheens-view-of-the-anti-christ
Here is an excerpt, eerily prophetic, and lending support to the idea that this dark era is not only the Passion of the Church, not only the Minor Chastisement, but also a preview of the time of the anti-Christ:
“He will write books on the new idea of God to suit the way people live; induce faith in astrology so as to make not the will but the stars responsible for sins; he will explain guilt away psychologically as inhibited eroticism, make men shrink in shame if their fellowmen say they are not broadminded and liberal; he will be so broadminded as to identify tolerance with indifference to right and wrong, truth and error; he will spread the lie that men will never be better until they make society better and thus have selfishness to provide fuel for the next revolution; he will foster science but only to have armament makers use one marvel of science to destroy another; he will foster more divorces under the disguise that another partner is ‘vital’; he will increase love for love and decrease love for person; he will invoke religion to destroy religion; he will even speak of Christ and say that he was the greatest man who ever lived; his mission he will say will be to liberate men from the servitudes of superstition and Fascism, which he will never define.”
Much of the rest of the article describes Satan’s counter-church – very worth reading as a comparison to the present state of the Church.
That’s a great video of the Muslim woman warning about Islam being thought to be a peaceful religion – I am surprised that she is so public, though, as I believe death is the penalty for apostasy in Islam. That’s what makes it surprising that there are dissenters in Islam – I have never heard that before.
Maybe this is a penalty that is not actually carried out – I hope not, for her sake!
I have to say, though, that the few Muslims I’ve encountered (usually in shops) are always very pleasant and friendly. They do wear the veil and dress though (not over their faces) and I do wonder shy they are so keen to do that, living in the west. I find that genuinely difficult to understand.
The irony is that the traditional Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart has had the fourth paragraph referring to Islamism deleted in virtually all modern versions – when we should be praying the full version more than EVER!
The full version is below:-
Most Sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before Thine altar. We are Thine, and Thine we wish to be; but to be more surely united to Thee, behold each one of us freely consecrates ourselves today to Thy Most Sacred Heart.
Many indeed have never known Thee; Many too, despising Thy precepts, have rejected Thee. Have mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Thy Sacred Heart. Be Thou King, O Lord, not only of the faithful children, who have never forsaken Thee, but also of the prodigal children, who have abandoned Thee; Grant that they may quickly return to their Father’s house lest they die of wretchedness and hunger.
Be Thou King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and unity of faith, so that there may be but one flock and one Shepherd.
Be Thou King of all those who are still involved in the darkness of idolatry or of Islamism, and refuse not to draw them into the light and kingdom of God. Turn Thine eyes of mercy towards the children of the race, once Thy chosen people: of old they called down upon themselves the Blood of the Savior; may it now descend upon them a laver of redemption and of life.
Grant, O Lord, to Thy Church assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give peace and order to all nations, and make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry; praise to the Divine Heart that wrought our salvation; To it be glory and honor forever. R. Amen.
