Former BBC Reporter Reacts to (Disappointing) Media Response to Lockdown Protest in London…
Anne Brees, former BBC reporter speaks in the above short video after attending the lockdown protest in Trafalgar Square in London yesterday. She has added the following correction in her comments:
Correction I spoke to Talk Radio and not Talk Sport. I’m tired and today I have been overwhelmed and so disappointed by the media reporting on the protest yesterday…

That’s very interesting indeed. I wonder what was said at that London protest – all I can find on YouTube are clips of crowds marching and shouting, but no speakers, yet she mentioned how good the speakers were. I’m glad there is a reporter who broke from the BBC out of concern for their biased reporting. I hadn’t heard of her before, and hadn’t heard of Soros (I’ve just confessed that on the other thread, LOL!) So, I’ll need to pay more attention from now on!
Lily,
Here’s one very good speech
Let’s hope it wakens people up very soon – I have a feeling time is running out. I get the feeling (hope I’m wrong) that they are already preparing a winter lockdown although there is absolutely no reason at all, no need for it, as the above speakers shows in her very first words.
Lily, Dolores Cahil is the main speaker at the protest on Saturday 5.9.20 at the foot of Arthur’s Seat at 12.30 for 1 pm
Michaela
The above video featuring Prof. Dolores Cahill is excellent and needs to be sent to as many people as possible.
Once again it is worth reminding how useless these RT PCR Tests for Covid – 19 are and the so called spikes we see in the newspapers. Their are plenty of videos ion this blog site (see previous threads) that demonstrate this scientifically. These tests can be manipulated to show a positive in many ways. I’ve read that the common cold, which is a Corona type virus, or the jab can or will show a positive for the virus.
The video below shows how Governments are destroying the lives and businesses of many people with the use of this dodgy test. The government’s know full well what they are doing, it’s the public who are wearing the masks, who seem to be blind to this manipulation and the deliberate push towards a controlled cashless society with mandatory vaccines.
Francescomarta,
It’s really very concerning that nobody (apart from Dr Kaufman) seems to be questioning these tests. Thank you for that video.
It’s also worrying that they are using this virus to push us to use cards instead of cash – as you say, there’s a deliberate push towards a cashless society. This whole situation is nerve-wracking.
MICHAELA
The above clip depicting Prof Dolores Cahill has been censored by YOUTUBE. They were horrified that a renowned Professor in Bio- Medicine was discussing and advising the public about a virus. If she were a computer expert like Bill Gates, she would have been O.K.
I was able to find another clip of the same speech.

One pensioner given a £10,000 fine yesterday at the lockdown protest:
A pensioner arrested in central London during anti-lockdown protests has been slapped with a £10,000 fine.
The 73-year-old man was arrested in Trafalgar Square at 3.25pm on Saturday on suspicion of breaking newly introduced coronavirus laws.
He was punished, according to the Health Protection Regulations, for holding a gathering of more than 30 people in an outdoor place, Scotland Yard said.
https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/newslondon/man-73-arrested-during-trafalgar-square-anti-lockdown-protests-handed-10-000-fine/ar-BB18wFHL?ocid=msedgdhp
I wonder if anyone attending the Black Lives Matter protests (anywhere) have been arrested and fined? In the same report, link above, we read:
Sunday saw hundreds of demonstrators take to the streets of west London to take part in the first ever Million People March to protest against systemic racism in the UK…
Clearly, “hundreds” means more than 30, so how come nobody there was fined £10,000?
Wild Guess Answer: because London would have been wrecked, that’s why.
Disgraceful.
3 September: I’ve now posted a fresh thread on an interview on Good Morning Britain, with Piers Corbyn, the man given the £10,000 fine.
Editor,
As if we needed any more proof, that double standard demonstrates yet again that this lockdown isn’t about any “virus,” but about establishing global tyranny.
I was also amused by this: “Sunday saw hundreds of demonstrators take to the streets of west London to take part in the first ever Million People March to protest against systemic racism in the UK.”
“Hundreds” participated in a “Million People March”? I guess Georgie-Porgie Soros wasn’t offering enough money to make it worth their while…

The answer to this Police State stuff is for people to carry no identification on their person and refuse to give the police personal details. They can only arrest and hold individuals for so long and then they are obliged to release them. They can’t take an anonymous person to court, so the answer to this totalitarianism is for people not to cooperate with the police when they are clearly disgracing the uniform and breaking the oath they swore to uphold the law, which does not include the whims of abusive politicians and counter-cultural legislation that tramples the law of this land.
Athanasius,
I’ve now seen a headline which indicates that the pensioner given the £10,000 fine is the brother of Jeremy Corbyn – so that is a clearly politically motivated arrest and fine.
Your suggestion of not carrying identification is a good one – probably only work at a demonstration/protest event since most of us need our cards to pay for petrol, shopping etc.
I do wonder if there are (bound to be, surely) police officers who are uncomfortable with their role in enforcing these dreadful Government policies.
Dear Editor,
Forgives me if I mentioned it before, but Piers Corbyn is an internationally known physicist and runs a renowned weather forecasting business (you pay for it).
He is a prominent global warming agnostic – all good so far – sadly the black sheep of the family is his brother Jeremy.
Anne Brees looks thoroughly demoralized and exhausted by the fake reporting of her former colleagues. I hope that exhaustion is transformed into bottomless righteous indignation.
RCA Victor,
Yes, I think she will speak out more and more – hopefully. I hadn’t heard of her until I saw a short interview where she spoke with Simon Dolan the businessman leading the legal challenge against Boris’s Government.
I haven’t watched any more videos, so I hope she is forceful in her words about the BBC. Must check that out as and when…
One thing we most definitely agree on Ed is that the BBC is at least 100% Marxist .Of course Mathematics wasn’t one of many Subjects at school that I was good at . Probably the only real subject av ever been good at ( in my opinion of course. ) is and still is Common Sense. As a Retired Electrical Engineer i worked with lots of Men with degrees who when push literally came to shove were about as useful As An Ashtray on a Motorbike of course these were usually ( not all the time depending on the name of course) the ones who were promoted which at least kept them away from doing Me Real Physical harm ,one of them nearly blew me up . The reason I put up my past working life is that most of these Idiots Siblings are now probably running the Rotten To The Core BBC . As for Her description of The Guardian I wouldn’t even use it —– I think I better stop there as I don’t wish to receive another yellow card .
God Bless . J. D .
FOOF,
You’re a case for the High Court. “Yellow card”? You? Don’t be daft… On the other hand…

Editor,
Any way to invite her onto this thread?
RCA Victor,
Good idea. I’ll post the link on her site or in the comments over at YouTube.
Approx. 10 minutes later: mission accomplished. I emailed plus posted an invitation under the above YouTube video.
RCA Victor,
I’ve just received a reply from Anna – as follows:
Hi there
I am so grateful that you have commented on my work. I have just tried to post a comment and it would not let me without logging into my old wordpress account, so I have had to leave it as I cant remember the password.
I just wanted to say thank you for looking at what I am doing, I am a believer.
God Bless
Anna
It was very kind of her to respond – the initial automatic acknowledgement explained there would be a delay in replying due to the volume of emails received, so I’m impressed to have received the above reply to quickly, and such a positive reply, at that.
Message to Anna: open up a new WordPress account to disguise your identity, if need be!
RCA Victor,
I agree. We need people with inside information to speak out like never before. She needs a good sound sleep and then hard at work!
RCA Victor,
Yes she does, but that’s a bit worrying given that things are really only now hotting up. We need people with energy and a fighting spirit – being dejected and exhausted is no use, frankly.
I voted Remain because I didn’t want the economy to suffer harm, and I thought the metropolitan elite was a conspiracy theory. I had met many EU nationals in Scotland, and I thought the European project was nothing but a good thing.
Four years later, I have now learned that there is a metropolitan elite. They rule us, and they hate us. And they have ruined the economy. So now I wish I had voted Leave.
This Covid overreaction is part of the new globalist secularist religion. I didn’t believe this in March, but I believe it now.
Miles Immaculatae,
Well said. It’s quite unusual to find someone honest enough, not only to change their mind on an important issue, but to publicly say so. That is admirable.
Editor,
It’s good to know we men are allowed to change our minds as well. That used to be only a woman’s prerogative….
Now, where did you decide you want that coffee table moved…again?
RCA Victor,
Well, my problem with that coffee table now is… where do you think it would fit now? I’ve tried everywhere in this room and nothing really “works”…

Editor,
If you let the air out of it, you might have more options…
Dear Editor,
It is wonderful indeed to see people like Miles being intelligent enough to change their opinions when the facts /science changes.
Whilst we are being confessional, I at one time thought Maggie Thatcher and Ronald Reagan were wrong.
Forgives me Mother for I have sinned.
I’m pleased to discover a former reporter for the BBC speaking out but why is she going to take a week to mull over the protest? Why not publish a full report asap? I can’t help wondering just how much calculating goes on with media people, former and present, that would make someone hesitate before going full throttle.
Anyway, it’s good that there was a protest – the first of many, I hope.
Josephine,
I agree – we can’t be waiting for professional talks to the nation, sort of thing. I think media people worry far too much about presentation, how they come across, worrying about being written off if they’re too outspoken – that’s a weakness so I hope she toughens up and begins to shoot from the hip.
I have just read of a peaceful protest in Edinburgh on Saturday 5.9.20 gathering at the foot of Arthur’s Seat at 12.30 and speeches by Professor Dolore Cahill and Dr. Malcolm Kendrick at 1 pm
I will be there and hope as many others ( that are able) as possible will join in the peaceful march on the Scottish parliament.
I thought I pressed “send” but my information has not appeared here?
Graeme,
When that happens, don’t worry. It means your post had flown into my admin files. I check them regularly and release posts as soon as I see them. It’s one of the wonders of WordPress, for which I can only apologise. If it’s any consolation, alongside you there were comments from RCA Victor, Francescomarta and Athanasius. I’m beginning to become suspicious – wondering if you’re all ganging up on me, creating a secret society of CT bloggers behind my back, so to speak!
OOps! I clearly did not press “send”.
I just read of a peaceful protest March against the government’s restrictions – it is a gathering at the foot of Arthur’s Seat at 12.30 with speeches at 1 pm on Saturday 5.9.20 ( then a peaceful March to the Parliament. I will be there and hope all those who can will be there too.
?
Graeme,
You need to be patient when this happens – although I understand the annoyance.
For myself, I need to admit that I’d dearly like to be as thin as my patience, so don’t follow my (bad) example 😀
Editor,
I had written my little piece, then thought perhaps I had not clicked to upload, so I tried a “?” and that worked so I assumed I had not clicked upload, so I did it again, sorry about that.
Repetition is one of my hallmarks so I guess I was just being myself!
I have just watched a you tube video of Professor Dollores Cahill (the main speaker at Saturday’s protest 5.9.20 at 12.30 at the foot of Arthur’s Seat – then peaceful march to the Scottish Parliament) and she is very clear about the government’s restrictions being so very wrong and bad.
Regards,
Graeme.
Editor: there is a problem with WordPress in that comments all too often disappear and I find them in my admin files. Apologies about that. No need to resubmit, as I do keep checking the files and release comments as soon as I see them. Apologies for the inconvenience – it is annoying.
You can see the sense of hopelessness in her eyes as she realises that a juggernaut of lies and misinformation regarding Covid – 19 is resulting in the psychological damage now being done to children wearing masks. Going to the anti lockdown rally has made her understand how the psychopaths now running the UK have control of the press, TV and nothing seems to be able to stop them. Already the word Covididiots has been resurrected for those who are healthy but do not wish to wear a mask, not for ‘BLM,’ or ‘Million People March’, many who were not wearing masks, but ordinary people on a planes etc.
The more we find out about this virus, the less deadly it apparently it is. Yet this doesn’t stop the ‘powers that be’ from tightening the noose and pushing us towards deadly untried vaccines.

Protest – foot of Arthur Seat Edinburgh – Saturday 5.9.20 at 12.30 then on to Parliament.
I will be there, I hope many of you will be too.
Graeme,
I’d dearly love to be there but this is the First Saturday and I don’t want to miss Mass…
https://www.acclaimclipart.com/free_clipart_images/a_little_girl_angel_with_halo_over_her_head_0071-1008-1315-0132_SMU.jpg
Mass is at 11am in Glasgow, so I’d never make it to Edinburgh for 12.30pm unless you can arrange a helicopter. That’s disappointing but can’t be helped.
Editor,
you are blessed to be able to assist at Holy Mass.
You can pray that eyes and ears are opened at the Protest March on Saturday and that it remains peaceful and educational.
God bless.
Graeme.
Graeme,
You can be assured that I’ll be remembering the protest in Edinburgh when I attend Mass on Saturday and I will light a candle at Our Lady’s shrine for the intention of many graces on the day. I’ll even go the extra mile, so to speak, and light a candle at the Sacred Heart altar, as well. See, it’s not true what they say about Scots being mean… Not true at all…
https://wildernessofpeace.files.wordpress.com/2014/05/thrifty-scot.jpg
Editor,
thank you for your prayers. It was a very good day with speakers who were positive and very clear about the non-sense of social distancing and mask-wearing and it was sunny!
Hello?
President Trump must be putting pressure on the CDC behind the scenes. A few days ago they admitted that there were only 9,000+ USA deaths attributable to COVID, without co-morbidities, not the 180,000, or whatever it was, bogus figure. Now they’ve admitted that healthy people who’ve been exposed “do not necessarily need a test” if they have no symptoms!
https://thedcpatriot.com/report-cdc-reverses-covid-19-guidance-says-testing-may-not-be-needed-after-exposure/
Keep praying! It’s working!
RCA Victor,
That’s very interesting indeed.
I’ve completely lost track of the situation here. I stopped watching the daily briefings from both Westminster and Holyrood some time ago, so I’m not sure what is going on about testing. And I refuse to go anywhere doing the “tracking and tracing”. That’s meant I can’t book a test to update (if necessary) my reading glasses – they wanted me to register – and I won’t set foot in any café or restaurant if I’m required to leave my details.
They seek her here, they seek her there…

Editor,
Do you think the face mask mandates might have come from an old movie?
https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.b9lFpsZRJMp7xPYWi0yDoAHaEK%26pid%3DApi&f=1
RCA Victor,
Very definitely possibly! 😀
RCA Victor
Michael Matt talks of the CDC changing course on Covid testing in his latest video!
Robert Kennedy, Jr. did not endear himself to the rich and powerful, in Berlin:
https://www.gloria.tv/post/3WCBXkGmytyr3LQpUaMrqtQwa
Apparently Germans who resist the scam-demic lockdown are now “Nazis.” That’s funny, the Trump supporters who resist the Deep State are now all “racists”! Oh, I almost forgot, Catholics who cling to the Traditional Mass are “divisive,” “disobedient,” “schismatics,” “neanderthals,””neo-Pelagians,” etc. etc. etc.
I guess the leftist eunuchs have never heard the old saying, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me.”
RCA Victor,
It’s when people resort to name calling that you know they’ve lost the argument. That’s them giving vent to their frustration, poor souls!
Michaela,
Unfortunately, liberals have no rational argument about anything, and so ad hominem remarks – nowadays becoming more and more hysterical, and even dangerous – are their substitute for rationality.
RCA Victor,
WOW! Thanks for posting that link – I agree; Robert Kennedy Jr certainly did not endear himself to the rich and powerful in Berlin. That was all very interesting indeed.
I second (third and fourth!) what Michaela (and you) said about name-calling. Silly, childish venting of anger and frustration. Dopes!
The police in Australia arrested and handcuffed her in front of her children, charged with incitement. This happened after she had posted a comment on Facebook about an Anti Lockdown event. Seems like Marxist tactics to me.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFzdaJUbvDk
What precisely is criminal intent and crime in Australia? This is something that I can see happening here.
Theresa Rose,
That is a shocking report, truly shocking and what is more, I could see that happening here.
Bloggers here have posted adverts for protests in London and Edinburgh, so who’s to day they wont’ be arrested?
Theresa Rose & Nicky,
I agree – a truly shocking report from Australia – and I, too, can imagine it happening here. No question about it.
As for the bloggers here mentioning protests – they are in no danger at all. I have no way of knowing the identity of everyone who blogs here – usernames are a convention in blogging and most of the bloggers here do not use their real names, including in their email addresses. So, everyone here is safe – except me. See if I care. I know my rights…
