Francis: Worst Pope in History, Bar None!

Francis: Worst Pope in History, Bar None!

In a documentary that premiered Wednesday in Rome, Pope Francis called for the passage of civil union laws for same-sex couples, departing from the position of the Vatican’s doctrinal office and the pope’s predecessors on the issue.

The remarks came amid a portion of the documentary that reflected on pastoral care for those who identify as LGBT.

“Homosexuals have a right to be a part of the family. They’re children of God and have a right to a family. Nobody should be thrown out, or be made miserable because of it,” Pope Francis said in the film, of his approach to pastoral care.

After those remarks, and in comments likely to spark controversy among Catholics, Pope Francis weighed in directly on the issue of civil unions for same-sex couples.

“What we have to create is a civil union law. That way they are legally covered,” the pope said. “I stood up for that.”     To read entire report, click here

I cannot think of a single thing to say about this pontiff that would be legal.  Surely there are members of the hierarchy, somewhere, some cardinal on the loose, who realises something has GOT to be done about Francis? And do you agree that he is the worst ever pope in the history of the Church?

    Well, well, well…

After a telephone tip-off from a friendly reader, I went in search of today’s [Glasgow] Herald Online to read the latest poison from the pen of the alleged journalist, Kevin McKenna, who also doubles as an alleged Catholic (one of those who boasts about missing Mass when it suits, you know the type).

McKenna is over the moon about Francis’ latest support for the sin of Sodom, and takes a swipe at Catholic Truth towards the end, calling us a reactionary Catholic hate group who had made it their mission to “out” gay priests.”

He doesn’t name us, of course, he seldom does but there just isn’t any other “group”, reactionary or otherwise, showing concern about the state of the Catholic Church in Scotland and definitely none which – following pleas from other Catholics, including clergy – has named priests who were publicly known to be flouting the celibacy rule, including homosexuals. So, it’s plain as day that he means us. It’s very interesting, revealing actually, that he doesn’t name us. Somewhere in that clouded conscience, he knows he’s got it all wrong about Catholic Truth – in every sense of the term.

For the record, to the best of my knowledge, every one of the priests we named (after contacting them for comment and – generally speaking – being told to shove off) has abandoned the active ministry. By their fruits etc.

And again for the record, when we had an avalanche of nasty criticism from all sorts of sources, including newspaper reports (two particularly nasty articles in The Times within a day or two of each other), we asked a number of lay Catholics if they would want to know if their priest frequented “gay” bars, or engaged in relationships (in one case, a “boyfriend” stayed at the presbytery – for around a year, if I’m not mistaken). In each and every case the reply was “yes”. Often accompanied by an expletive, everyone we asked said that they had a struggle finding money for the Sunday plate as it is, so they certainly did not want to be funding the “gay” lifestyle or any other sexually sinful lifestyle.

We don’t know anyone’s private sins. If, perchance, we happened across one, that would not be published by Catholic Truth. However, when sins are publicly flaunted – well, that’s a very different kettle of sin.

Anyway, read the latest savage attack on the authentic Catholic Faith, in the name of supporting the Pope. You really couldn’t make this stuff up.

Just as an asides, the excellent book on same-sex attraction by Dr Gerard van den Aardweg ‘The Battle for Normality’ appears to have been banned from Amazon – it used to be available on there, but now it isn’t. However, the good news is it can still be purchased here:- Someone please buy Pope Francis a copy. Looks like he needs it.

I’ve been searching for this – I had a memory of you posting a link to a book I wanted to check out, and then couldn’t remember which thread, so here it is, my search has borne fruit!

Thank you for that link – I think it may prove to be a God-send for someone I know who knows someone who might benefit from reading it 😀

If you get my drift – please pray for that “someone” – both of them, actually!

It is becomming more and more difficult to resist thoughts that this man on the Chair of Peter is of malicious intent.

This removes any doubt that Francis may have been misinterpreted by the media when he spoke of “gay” families.

Thank you for that – it is just incredible to watch this pontiff’s utterly anti-Catholic agenda unfolding.

Somehow, though, the Holy Ghost prevents him from binding us to belief and discipline in the Catholic sense – this is the great miracle of orthodoxy – as GK Chesterton pointed out in his book of that name, while still an Anglican: he was citing the Catholic Church as evidence of the continuity of Christian teaching from the beginning…

““It is always simple to fall; there are an infinity of angles at which one falls, only one at which one stands. To have fallen into any one of the fads from Gnosticism to Christian Science would indeed have been obvious and tame. But to have avoided them all has been one whirling adventure; and in my vision the heavenly chariot flies thundering through the ages, the dull heresies sprawling and prostrate, the wild truth reeling but erect.”

      Amen – and Deo gratias!

You make a great point about the Holy Ghost preserving the integrity of the faith in these apostate times. Not one of the doctrinal, liturgical or moral deviances of these Modernist conciliar Popes has been made official by Magisterial mandate. It’s really quite remarkable.

“Editor, you make a great point” is up there with “Editor, I agree with you” and “Editor, you are right” (try that lot in reverse order, and you’re home and dry 😀 )

This gives incredible insight into the horrendous Pontificate of Francis.

Hie professes to be a friend of the poor, but supports the plans of the WEF Great Reset and so called sustainable development. These plans are the brainchild of the financial elites that make their fortunes exploiting the poor and middle class via usury?Real sustainable development and economic equality will never come from these folks. They use these phrases to trick the gullible. They are wolves in sheep clothing. What is wrong with this pope?

Painful as it is to admit, what is wrong with this Pope is that he does not have a Catholic mindset. His rhetoric and actions, whether he realises it or not, are of the Masonic mindset, not the Catholic one.

It is disheartening in the extreme
to see the pope supporting these exploiters of humanity and enemies of the church

I wouldn’t be too disheartened for Our Lord is always in charge of His Church, despite appearances. Despite the betrayals of Francis, the Gates of Hell will not prevail.

Think of how disheartening it must have been for the Apostles when Our Lord was crucified and died on the Cross, contrary to everything they had hoped for. It must have been pretty awful for them huddled together in the Cenacle in fear and despondency, yet Good Friday gave place to Easter Sunday so quickly and everything changed. That’s what will happen just as the enemies of God think they have killed the Church.

If the average American Catholic knew the dystopian genocidal agenda of the World Economic Forum/agenda 21/great reset and that it had the active support of Pope Francis he would be shocked. Many would simply leave the church or stop supporting it financially.

Particular Popes don’t make the Church. They, like us, are entrusted by Our Lord with the faith and with a Catholic duty, hence they can fail, and sometimes have failed, catastrophically. The truths of the Catholic religion cannot cease because of a bad Pope. Francis will disappear into history and another will be placed on the Throne of Peter, hopefully one more worthy. A Catholic would be a great start!
