Covid Compliance Leads To Tyranny… Spain Proof Positive – So Stop Complying!

Comment:

I stopped watching Carl Vernon videos a long time ago due to his foul mouth – generally speaking, he can’t string a paragraph together without using bad language.  The above video is one of the exceptions – and it’s worth reflecting on the truth of what Carl is saying: full compliance, which is what we are witnessing across the UK today, is a huge mistake. Tyranny is upon us – and the majority don’t even recognise it.

Yet, the silence from churchmen at every level is deafening.  The apparently prophetic words of (the deceased) American Archbishop Fulton Sheen spring to mind:  “… a religion that doesn’t interfere with the secular order will soon discover that the secular order will not refrain from interfering with it.”

That’s all very well, from Carl Vernon, but what can we actually do? To say “don’t comply” is all well and good but will he pay our fines? What is Carl Vernon doing to not comply?

      Lily,

Carl Vernon has attended at least one of the Trafalgar Square anti-lockdown protests in London. I saw him there (on video!) I also can’t imagine he’ll be masked up, so I think he’s doing what he can.

      Lily,

That really is the dilemma – apart from each of us being non-compliant where possible I say, for example, study the list of exemptions for wearing masks, on the Scottish Government website. If you are anxious about the damage wearing one is doing to your brain, long-term (think Dementia in future years), then you are exempt, since anxiety is on the list.

Well, TBH, that’s not much of a curfew is it? Who goes out after 11pm, really?

Also, like Lily says, we keep coming back to the question of what we can do – not a lot, actually. Slapping hefty fines on us to prevent rebellion ,really does work. We’re either full of fear that we catch the virus or we’re full of fear of being fined if we rebel.

Communists are many things, but stupid isn’t one of them. They know how to bring people under their tyrannical thumb, without firing a shot, as the Soviet leader, Khrushchev once told the UN. https://ddlew.wordpress.com/2008/11/23/we-will-defeat-you-without-firing-a-shot/

All we can do is pray and prepare to fight more openly when it becomes clear that our freedoms really are gone for good. I don’t think that will be much longer, TBH.

      Nicky,

It’s a good while since I’ve been in Spain but my memory is that life really begins in the later hours and through the night. Cafes and bars remain open until all hours, so I think the curfew will be quite a pain for the Spaniards.

I think you’ve hit a nail on the head in your final paragraph. Right now, not many people seem to realise that this is about anything other than “suppressing the virus”.

      Gimme patience!

If any further proof was needed that the formerly Christian West has been infiltrated by traitors, Communists, socialists and Satanists who all model their behavior on the Rockefeller Foundation-dictated Red Chinese “pandemic” model, this is certainly it. There’s so much evidence it’s like drinking through a fire hose.

What is especially interesting to me is how the public health bureaucracies have become the leading edge of this tyranny, all toeing the [ever-changing] WHO line, or in America the [ever-changing] CDC/AMA line, all empowered to enforce insane edicts with citations and fines and snitches.

So a second conclusion to be made is that the medical profession is also controlled by Communists (or, as they call themselves these days, globalists). It seems they have been waiting in the wings, lo these many years, to exercise their fanatical authority. For years they had to be content with their annual “Get your flu shot” harangues, but now they have graduated to “Mask up!” “Social distance!” “Close your business and church!” – and soon, “Get your vaccine, or else!”

Like the others who have already posted, I’m in the same quandary: don’t comply how? I saw a video yesterday of a flash mob taking over a pharmacy who had harassed a customer for not wearing a mask. Maybe that’s one answer….

And maybe another is, help to stoke up a critical mass of outrage.

      RCA Victor,

It’s very clear, in my opinion, that the medical establishment has been placed into somebody’s pocket. A friend of mine asked their family doctor for a letter explaining their various exemptions, but to their amazement, the doctor replied to say that no letters are being provided because the doctors believe that everyone should wear a mask even if they have exemptions. Unbelievable.

I was searching for a clip I saw a few days ago, challenging Dr Fauci for “telling lies” but I can’t find it.This one looks interesting, but the opening indicates the the presenter is a “believer” (e.g. in masks) – incidentally, he’s my least favourite Newsmax presenter because he was very quick to (and continues to) refer to Biden as “President-Elect”… So, he’s not on the same wavelength as other presenters such as Greg Kelly and Chis Salcedo…

The report concludes with the observation that a “small number” of people in the UK have suffered “psychosis” after getting the vaccine, none of whom had any mental health issues previously. The fact that the presenter stressed “small number” really does put our minds at rest, doesn’t it? Er… NO!

In passing, I’d like you to confirm that I am correct in my interpretation – Americans DO believe the propaganda but the difference over there is that most people would like businesses to open up, whereas here, they’re happy to take it easy and await permission to open up, living off State money, in the meantime… Am I right? Answer carefully… 😀

Ed as to mask exempt letters or whatever from Doctors I know not, and can only speak of my own experiences .I eventually seen a Doc face to face and to be fair he not only examined me last week but he made appointments for Blood Tests and an M.R.I. scan .Which takes me to the Mask question .Last week I was on the Bus 4 had masks and 4 had not .Unless you show Mask Exempt Badge you will not be allowed on a Bus. Yesterday I was in for Blood Tests, again on the Bus their were more without Masks than their were with Masks .It just doesn’t make any sense. Unless of course were just being controlled ,but that’s hard to believe isn’t it .Also on what authority does that Dr Fu Man Chu speak .

        FOOF,

“… [I eventually got to see my doctor face to face] and to be fair he not only examined me last week but he made appointments for Blood Tests and an M.R.I. scan,”

Well, shucks, I hope you got right down on both knees and thanked him most sincerely for doing that for you out of the goodness of his wonderful heart… Except, isn’t that what we all pay him to do and then some?

Goodness, but for the fact that it’s an absolute disgrace that we are not being served at all well by the NHS – just when we need it most in our lives – I’d laugh a hearty laugh at the very idea of a patient being so sincerely grateful for a medical appointment and necessary tests. Gimme strength.

Ed your spot on, that is what they get paid for and paid very well indeed .I of course was probably too much of a coward to say that I should have had the appointment far sooner ( ad say at least 8 weeks ) than I got it .As I said I was in for Blood Tests yesterday and received a Pone call at approx 17.45.tonight that I would need more blood tests in the coming days or weeks .I know of course we live in strange times but the Phone call really caught me off guard especially since the woman calling couldn’t expand on anymore information .As I say I was a bit taken aback as I just had the Blood Samples taken yesterday .I should have of course asked her if she was calling from our local Hospital Lab as I tried to call back the number but it didn’t receive incoming calls I tried to contact My Doc but they were finished for the day .I just hope their open tomorrow as I don’t want to go through the New Year period with a question mark hanging over this Prostate Problem .Sorry for the long winded reply but am very concerned of course. Again your correct as I heard a Guy talking whose Father who worked all his days had a chest pain but didn’t want to bother the N.H.S.at these times .The man died 4 Days later . God Bless . James .D.

        Editor,

I can’t speak for my fellow Americans in general regarding belief in the propaganda (I’d say, from my limited personal experience, that swallowing it is more characteristic of the elderly and of women of all age groups), but I would definitely agree that everyone wants the businesses to open back up.

After all, as President Calvin Coolidge once said, “The business of America is business.”

        RCA Victor,

I am simply judging by the news anchors on your TV shows – none of them seems to question anything at all (just as none of ours do – or didn’t last time I watched the mainstream news which was many weeks ago now).

There’s nobody quoting the scientists who say that lockdowns do not make a blink of a difference to the “spread” of the virus.

        RCA Victor,

It was actually a YouTube video – the headline related to Fauci caught telling lies – but that report is probably about the same issue.

What an arrogant person he is, to decide when to tell the public the truth (according to the Gospel of Saint Fauci) as and when HE thinks they are ready for it. Sheer nerve. Arrogant is really wide of the mark, but I was lost for words reading that, so maybe the “word” will come to me later!

Here’s an extract from today’s Lockdown Sceptics round robin email (which you can read, in full, on their website):

2008: The year of the Beijing Olympics, and a worse year for adjusted UK mortality than 2020

The UK reported a further 981 Covid deaths yesterday as the Christmas reporting delay caught up with us. Ross Clark popped up in MailOnline to put the figures into context.

Britain has an elderly population compared with many countries and large numbers of people die every day.

In England and Wales in 2019, for example, 530,841 people died – an average of 1,454 every day or “four jumbo jet” loads, to use the alarmist comparison favoured by much of the pro-lockdown commentariat.

While COVID-19 is, of course, a serious disease, many of those who have died from it were close to the end of their lives in any case. If it hadn’t been COVID-19, it might well have been another infectious disease – flu or pneumonia – which dealt the final blow.

Covid has killed some “healthy” people who did not have underlying conditions, but it has done so in relatively small numbers. Until 4pm on December 23rd, 47,750 people had died of COVID-19 in English hospitals, but fewer than 2,000 of these had no pre-existing medical condition.

These figures, from NHS England, exclude people who have died at home or in nursing homes.
Among those who died, 26% were already suffering from diabetes, 17% had dementia, 16% chronic pulmonary disease, 16% chronic kidney disease and 14% heart disease. Moreover, not all “Covid” deaths were really caused by the disease.

The Government’s definition of a Covid death is someone who has died from any cause within 28 days of testing positive for COVID-19.

You could be struck by a bus three weeks after a positive test and still be reported as a Covid death.
Of all deaths, 54% – some 27,000 – were among the over-80s. Only about 3,600 victims were under 60 and just 388 of these had no pre-existing condition.

When looking at overall mortality it’s important to take into account that the population is both growing and ageing.

The Office for National Statistics says that in the week to December 11th there were 12,292 deaths registered in England and Wales – 14% above the five-year average.

Yet the population is growing and ageing – the number of over-70s is increasing by around 2% a year – so, all things being equal, we should expect more people to die. More enlightening is the “Mortality Monitor” published by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, which adjusts the mortality rate to take account of a growing and ageing population.

Its figures show that mortality in England and Wales in the first 50 weeks of this year was 12.3% higher than in the same period of 2019, but only 6.9% higher than the average for the past 10 years.

It is only 3% higher than in the worst of those years – 2010 – and it is slightly lower than it was in 2008.
In other words, we have been through a pandemic which has closed down large parts of the economy and led to us being locked down in our homes for weeks on end – and yet, after all that, it has really just returned us to the mortality rate of 12 years ago.

The new ONS figures out yesterday show that excess mortality continued to decrease in the week ending December 18th, down to 12.5%. This is despite the number of deaths and Covid deaths increasing on the previous week, since the five-year average increased by a greater amount (this time of year often sees a surge in deaths).

Ross’s piece appeared as data leaked to the Health Service Journal and reported in the Mail showed that ICUs in London, the South East and the East of England are now operating above maximum capacity, meaning staff must be redeployed to manage demand. Essex declared a “major incident”.
Data from the internal NHS critical care capacity dashboard for December 28th leaked to the Health Service Journal

Just over a week ago on December 20th, NHS figures showed ICUs operating below average, as Lockdown Sceptics reported on Monday, meaning this has been a sharp rise, suggesting London and the South East are now experiencing similar outbreaks to those seen in northern areas a few weeks ago. An NHS spokesperson said: The NHS has tried and tested plans in place to manage significant pressure either from high COVID-19 infection rates or non-Covid winter demands and this has always included mutual aid practices whereby hospitals work together to manage admissions.
While the NHS is opening more beds in places like London to care for the most unwell patients, it is vital that people continue to follow government guidance and do everything possible to reduce transmission of the virus.

The Telegraph in an editorial asks why the NHS is not better prepared for this anticipated increase in winter demand.

If the NHS is on the cusp of being overrun, the public is entitled to know why it is not better prepared. Imposing another lockdown, or indeed the burdensome Tier 4 measures much of the country is already labouring under, is not a small matter but an economic and social calamity that will compound the damage already done by months of restrictions. There were no shortage of predictions that the virus would return after the summer. Even the arrival of a new variant of COVID-19 was foreseeable.

Nightingale hospitals, intended to provide extra capacity, stand empty or are being dismantled, supposedly because of a shortage of staff. But if the country faces such an emergency that businesses need to be forcibly closed and individuals stripped of their liberties, why have not more efforts been made to call thousands of retired doctors into service or put student nurses on to wards?
Why indeed. Is lockdown now the preferred Government policy for managing the annual winter beds crisis? Let’s hope not.

Stop Press: A doctor who volunteered to come out of retirement to help explained on Twitter that the NHS asked retirees like her to produce 20 “certificates” that they didn’t have as a condition of hiring them. One of them was proof that they’d received the requisite training in “equality and diversity”. You couldn’t make it up.

Yet more proof, folks, if ever it were needed, that we are being had.

I’ve just read a report headlined to the effect that a Sage member is warning of another full blown national lockdown in England, probably before the end of January. Among the blurb, this clue:

Boris Johnson warned: “With the prospect of freedom within reach, we’ve got to redouble our efforts to contain the virus.”

“Clue” because this is how they word. A gradual change of restrictions, loosening then tightening and now we’re throwing in the prospect of freedom if we just hold fast, be faithful to the rules, end in sight… again.

Of course, the useful idiots, who seem to make up the majority of the population of the UK, believe this baloney, comply and when the day comes when they have to hand over their home and business, with the promise fulfilled that “you’ll own nothing and you’ll be happy about it” – they will meekly comply with that, as well.

Did I say “useful idiots”? I really must stop repeating myself. I tend to repeat myself. Bad habit…
