I think you are correct – the answer to the question about China seeking to dominate the world and recast it in its own Communist image is definitely “yes” (the Chinese Communist Party makes no secret of the fact), and similarly, to the question “are we witnessing the fulfilment of the prophesy that Communism would spread to every country in the world?” the answer is “yes”. In short, in the language of every nation under the sun, the answers are the same – YES!

Interesting that Our Lady never referred to China, but of course, Communism has spread from Russia to China as well as other countries – either full blown Communism or cultural communism. But I still think unless it is Consecrated, the main chastisement will come from Russia. The (approved) prophecies of Blessed Sister Elena Aiello bear this out, that the main problem will be Russia: “Russia will march upon all the nations of Europe, particularly Italy, and will raise her flag over the dome of St Peter’s. Italy will be severely tried by a great revolution, and Rome will be purified in blood for its many sins, especially those of impurity! The flock is about to be dispersed and the Pope must suffer greatly.”

Your two posts above are of huge interest and importance. I’d become more focused on the fact of the spread of Communism to China, with China’s growing power, that I’ve been interpreting that part of the Fatima Message a bit differently. That is, because Russia has not been consecrated, as requested, her errors (chiefly Communism) have spread and thus, in practical terms, China more of a threat, but – yet again – you’ve made me think again.

what puzzles me about the Daily Mail report about Russia’s military exercises, is that China is also very publicly building up its military might.
The quote from Blessed Sister Elena Aiello seems very definite, however. I think we have to remember that Our Lady did say Russia, as you quote, is to be God’s instrument of chastisement. I also remember reading somewhere, a quote from Putin mocking the west for believing Russian propaganda about becoming capitalist. I must try to find that.
It’s incredible to think we’ve had almost two years of the new form of authoritarian government already in the name of Covid-19. Before we know it, more years will pass as people continue to trust the corrupt governments of the west and we’ll be under full blown Communism – unless we get a pope who will consecrate Russia.

Remember that the ‘fall’ of the USSR was a carefully orchestrated sham, designed to lure the West into complacency, (and from a religious angle to make Catholics believe that the Consecration of Russia had been properly carried out – a falsehood that has been believed and promoted by groups like World Apostolate of Fatima) so that when the West had depleted its military strength (as we have) it would crush us. Read the books by Anatoliy Golitsyn: (1) New Lies for Old. (2) Perestroika Deception: Memoranda to the Central Intelligence Agency – The World’s Slide Towards the Second October Revolution. Both are available on Amazon and they explain everything.
Don’t assume just because China appears to be making great headway that it is – read Stephen Mosher’s article below from LifeSite News. The fact that the Chinese are generally more industrious than Westerners – largely because of coercion from the Communist Party, but also hard work is ingrained in the national pysche, gives an impression of impending global domination, but as Stephen Mosher points out, the population crisis will eventually cause collapse of the country, and could even cause the Communist Party to fall in China.

PS I read recently that China is also undergoing a massive population crisis. Because of its enforced one-child policy for so long – the chickens are coming home to roost now. There just aren’t enough young people to replace the elderly (as is true in many countries). I also read that China is now rethinking this and may introduce an enforced three child policy! But apparently, even that would be too little, too late. I can’t remember where I read this – it was by some expert on Chinese political affairs in some newspaper or magazine. If I can find a link, I’ll post it. It was very interesting.

This is all really interesting. I was checking out Westminster Fly’s comments about Russia and this article came up about Our Lady’s warning of the “annihilation” of nations. Given what is going on with the vaccine, it makes me wonder if there is a connection.

What I don’t understand is why Russia must be consecrated specifically to the immaculate heart to stop all these terrible things happening?
Even if we did consecrate Russia, would it make much difference anyway since Our Lady said at La Salatte that “The antichrist will, eventually, take up his seat in my Son’s Church on earth and nothing will prevent this from happening”.
And then there’s the prophecies of Akita which suggest that the greater part of humanity will be wiped out and even the devout and the faithful remanent won’t be saved either but then it will all work out in the end anyway, so what’s the point?
Either all these things are already predestined to happen anyway or by the efforts and work of men and their specific devotions and consecrations, we can somehow change the course of human history and appease and subdue the anger of God. But it can’t be both

You ask good questions, make good points. I’ll do my best to respond helpfully.
Firstly, Russia was the first country to publicly disown the very existence of God in its governance, which is why God requires it to be “given back to Him” (so to speak) in a public consecration. As we know, Communism then spread from Russia to many other countries, and thus, the source of that error – Russia – must be corrected. That’s why Russia has to be consecrated, as requested by Our Lady at Fatima.
The other alleged apparitions are not wholly Church approved. La Salette and Akita were in part approved – by the respective local bishops, but never by the Vatican – and both have question marks hanging over them. I believe the alleged seer of La Salette (Melanie) went off the rails; I’ve not studied this particular alleged apparition, put off by the image of Our Lady which is different from any other image – not perhaps the most insightful reason for dismissing it, but that’s what I’m like 😀

I can see why you think it’s all so confusing which is why I suggest sticking with Fatima. Fatima has been proven to be authentic. Everything prophesied has come true or is coming true before our very eyes, with the possible exception of the annihilation of nations. Two of the young seers have already been canonised, and all of the popes since Fatima have endorsed it.
I hope this helps a little but feel free to say if it’s all as clear as mud. We have other bloggers who are more knowledgeable that I am about apparitions (Westminster Fly is something of an expert on the subject) so don’t hesitate to say if you remain confused.

At Tuy in 1929 Sister Lucia of Fatima had an apparition in which She said “The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, in union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. So numerous are the souls which the justice of God condemns for sins committed against Me, that I come to ask for reparation. Our Lord sent his only son to die on the cross for our sins, this happened and we know that it is Jesus who saves us through his atoning sacrifice, not ourselves, yet now it transpires that this saving work was not actually enough?
What needs to happen now is that a highly unworthy Pope and Bishops are chosen to save us all through their own saving work in this consecration, not Jesus?
Our most blessed Mother requires that the Bishops now carry out this Act of Consecration for the repatriation of grievous sins, on our behalf, because of the offence caused to God by the sins of other men.
Yet, after the consecration of Russia by the Bishops has taken place, all those same sinners who caused the need for the consecration in the first place, will still all be living the same sinful lifestyles and will still not be seeking to atone for their sins which caused the offence in the first place?
So why is it needed if nothing will change, especially not the hearts of those sinners who caused this?
Why is it that bishops are now need to now perform various liturgical meritorious acts on the behalf of sinners to fix and save the world, without any need for a change of heart by the individual sinners themselves?
What was the point of Jesus coming if it transpires that his death on the cross just wasn’t enough? Surely it is Christ who saves us not Bishops? Surely we need to freely and sincerely turn away from sin ourselves not have Bishops save us?

We ALL have to play our part in the Fatima message – the Pope and Bishops have to do the Consecration (and live the Fatima message), priests have to tell the laity about the Fatima message and live it themselves (which sadly they generally don’t) and the laity are asked to pray for the Pope and Bishops to do the Consecration, also do the First Five Saturday devotion, also consecrate themselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary through the wearing of the Brown Scapular, also pray the daily Rosary, and do their daily duty in accordance with their state of life, and do penance. So everyone has their part to play. As for a ‘highly unworthy Pope’ – Our Lord Himself chose Judas as an Apostle, remember that. Our Lady never said that a saintly Pope had to consecrate Russia, just a Pope. Obviously, not every sinner was converted – Our Lord’s parable of the wheat and tares tells us that. There will always be sinners. But the Portuguese Consecration showed that, if done properly, these Consecrations work and win many graces of salvation from Heaven, won by Our Lord and given to us through the Immaculate Heart of His Mother. And as God said through Our Lady at Fatima: ‘God wills to establish devotion to My Immaculate Heart in the world”. Please note that – God wills it. Who are we to question what God wills? You either accept it or say that Fatima is false.
Yes, the goal of China is global dominance through technocratic Communism. Same goal as the US government through command/control technocratic capitalism. Bill Binney had a good interview stating NSA goal is total population control. I do not believe Andrew Neil that the Biden regime has softened on China at all. Just look at New Zealand and Australia (bordering South China Sea) that have been completely conquered without firing a single shot under the COVID cult.
We have some main motivations: duty to God, duty to community/family, duty to country, and duty to self, by no means comprehensive. We can all agree most world governments have abandoned service to God, yes? I don’t know if anyone buys into the “partial consecration” of Russia theory when the popes consecrated the whole world to the Immaculate Heart. The way certain protestors were arrested some years ago in Russian churches would not have happened in the west. Question is was the prophecy on the chastisement of the world a potential outcome or definite outcome? The question is why would Russia go to war with Europe? It would be allied with China, a communist superbloc in Asia, including against India, southeast Asia, and Turkey, or Russia will be against China, perhaps when the Chinese try to expand into the Arctic. I’m not convinced China demographic collapse will weaken them because mechanization will replace lost productivity, and with less international trade, the source of Chinese wealth owning American and European debt, the Chinese economy is secure. They’re investing all over the world such as in Africa and sending money to universities because it’s all they can do without war. They’re stealing technologies through hacking while sending students, perhaps Communist spies, to the research institutions which are always happy for more grant money. If we are in a “silent war” biologic weapon release the entire world has capitulated to the Chinese already. There would be no war if the world is de facto controlled by China. As we’ve seen in the Middle East it wasn’t the Chinese military who propped up Assad it was the Russian air force. Chinese are sending guys with clubs to beat up Indian border patrol guards. The US hasn’t won a war on the ground in a century. Gulf War and Iraq invasion US had heavy coalition help for staging areas.
I’ve always thought the final world war would between Russia vs. China and America and Europe. I don’t believe the Russians will be bullied by China whereas the US currency is completely dependent on China and the Middle East. After cyber war, destruction of GPS system and surveillance satellites, biological warfare is the most likely opening, with China spreading a “novel virus” and only Russian intelligence having proof while rest of world goes lockstep with China. Russia was first to develop COVID vaccine. With ballistic missiles destroying most populations in the opening stages of the war there will be no need for land invasions. The land invasions would happen in order to control the missile launch sites or for occupation for resource extraction. In the context of “nations will be annihilated” most of Europe and America would be mutually destroyed in either the opening of the war, or at the end of the war, as the last act of desperation. In modern period Russia has never been conquered by its southern enemies, while through ancient world to contemporary China has been overrun and occupied many times. If nationalism was defeated in WWII, supra-nationalism will have to be defeated in WWIII, with huge blocs like the Five Eyes, the EU and the Chinese sphere all opposing Russia. I could imagine this being the context of Russian tanks rolling into the Vatican in the final stages of the war to prevent the landed US troops from advancing against Moscow. Then Russia would finally be consecrated, but like the king of France it will be too late for the pope.
